Nachni Chocolate Muffins — Soft, Healthy & Ready in 12 Minutes
These Nachni Chocolate Muffins are a nutritious, chocolatey snack made with House of Khau Nachni Satva, jaggery, and ghee. Perfect for kids, perfect for tiffin, and super quick to make!

Ingredient's
Wet:
- ½ cup dahi
- ¾ cup jaggery
- ¼ cup ghee
Dry:
- 1 cup Nachni Satva
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp hot chocolate powder
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp baking soda
Method
1. Mix Wet & Dry Separately
Whisk dahi, jaggery, and ghee.
In another bowl, mix Nachni Satva, cocoa, hot chocolate powder, baking powder, and soda.
Combine both mixtures gently.
Appe Utensil:
Grease cavities → pour batter → place on cast-iron tawa → cover → cook 12 mins on low flame.
Oven:
Preheat to 180°C → pour batter into moulds → bake 12 mins.
Ready to Serve!
