• Full payment is required in advance to confirm the order.
• We accept UPI, bank transfer, and other digital payment modes.

3. Delivery & Shipping

• Orders are delivered through trusted courier or delivery partners.
• Shipping timelines vary by location and product type. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
• Delivery is available across India unless otherwise stated.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the perishable and handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
  
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos.
• Refunds or replacements will be provided at our discretion.

5. Storage & Consumption

• Our snacks are made fresh and have a natural shelf life.
• Storage instructions are mentioned on the packaging.
• We are not responsible for quality degradation due to improper storage after delivery.

6. Liability

• House of Khau is not liable for allergic reactions or medical issues arising from our products.
• Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients and suitability before purchasing.
